This includes: RESIDENTIAL CHILD & YOUTH WORKERS – TERRACE, B.C. As a Residential Child and Youth Worker you must have a passion to promote and safe guard the wellbeing of children and youth by providing a normalized and caring living environment and encouraging positive growth by utilizing therapeutic interventions. You will a positive and cooperative team member. Full time and part time positions are available. These are union positions with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. RESIDENTIAL COORDINATORS - TERRACE As a Residential Coordinator you will be highly motivated and experienced. You will be responsible for the day to day functioning of a group home and of maintaining a normalized and therapeutic setting for the residents. You will be an experienced practitioner who can offer guidance and solutions to the staff members. This is a unionized position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. MANAGER, CHILD & YOUTH GROUP HOMES - TERRACE As a full time Manager in our Child and Youth Residential programs you will be a skilled, experienced and self-directed individual. You will have significant experience as a Residential Child and Youth Worker. Current knowledge regarding the child and youth delivery system in BC is preferred. Supervisory experience and knowledge of trauma informed practice are assets. You will be an inspirational leader, an excellent communicator and a team player who is able to build relationships.
